Mark Kershteyn

Founding Partner

Mark has an extensive background in Enterprise Software Systems development and implementation. His 30+ years of experience range from an eight-year tenure in Fortune 500 companies such as GTE Cellular and EDS managing large-scale mainframe based implementation and software development projects, to implementations involving Microsoft Dynamics family of software solutions. As a Managing Partner for SIS, Mark provides strategic leadership for the Company overall. His technical background coupled with his industry knowledge and executive skills prepared him to be very effective at driving SIS’s success. Mark has a Bachelor of Science, Information & Computer Science degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Steven Mulka

Founding Partner

Steven is the SharePoint Product Manager and is responsible for working with clients to provide practical and proven solutions to meet their business computing requirements. His 20+ years of experience include all aspects of designing, implementing, supporting and troubleshooting complicated network infrastructures and applications. Rounding out his experience is a thorough understanding of the impact that information technology can provide towards increasing the efficiency and compositeness of a business. Steven received a Bachelor of Science, Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University.

Ravi Kannan

Founding Partner

Ravi has over 40 years’ experience in Executive Management, Consulting, Large Scale Enterprise Systems Implementation, Systems Design and Systems Development. He is the Architect of core SIS Products C365 Project Cost Management, C365 Advanced Labor and C365 Field Operations and is currently responsible for Product Development. His experience has enabled SIS to add significant value in our offerings in the Construction Vertical. Ravi received his Bachelor of Science (Electrical Engineering) and Masters of Science (Industrial Management) from The Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India.

Viktor Lesiv

Vice President Professional Services

Viktor is a global services delivery expert with over 17 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX) experience. He is responsible for the overall operations leadership and Dynamics 365 solution delivery across our organization. Viktor’s deep expertise is in leading operations and services to deliver successful and referenceable ERP and CRM customer implementations. He is instrumental in substantially growing ERP practices, expanding their services capabilities and standardizing methodology and tools for Services Delivery. Viktor is a graduate of Kyiv National University, Cybernetics Faculty. Master of Social Informatics.

Dr. JT Gorrell

Senior Director, Services

JT is a seasoned ERP implementation specialist, with over 25 years leading some of the largest ERP implementations around the world.  He shares his deep expertise in ERP implementation leadership in his book entitled Leading Microsoft Dynamics ERP Implementation Projects. JT received his Bachelor of Science (Business Management) and MBA from LeTourneau University, and his Doctorate of Business Administration (Project Management) from Liberty University.  His doctoral research project was entitled Factors Affecting Microsoft Dynamics ERP Implementation Project Success.

Tracy Bell

Senior Director, Client Success

Tracy has almost 20 years of construction industry expertise, with roles ranging from IT leadership of a top ENR construction company to executive leadership in professional services.  Experienced in IT strategy, software selection, implementation, and data services, Tracy’s passion for digital transformation through quality delivery brought her to SIS, where she guides service delivery to align with the business objectives of our enterprise construction clients.  Tracy is a member of the IRONPROS for Construction Editorial Advisory Board, serves on the AGC of MO ConTech Conference Advisory Committee, and was listed as one Constructech’s 2019 Women in Construction.  She holds a B.A. and M.A. in Counseling.

Katrina Kostes

Senior Director, Strategic Relationships

Katrina Kostes is seasoned executive with a solid career in Management Consulting spanning 30+ years. During that time, she has successfully guided organizations through strategic transformational initiatives. By applying her broad expertise, Katrina has facilitated fundamental change and delivered significant results aligned with strategic objectives. Katrina’s ability to connect with every level with an organization has gained her recognition and established a reputation of trusted advisor, agent of change and leader.

Gary Bonuso

Director, Industry Consulting

Gary is a Senior Financial professional with over 13 years of experience implementing and using Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 in Construction/Manufacturing organizations. Gary brings 20 years of experience working for three different Top 10 ENR Specialty Contractors to SIS. His background in Finance as well as significant exposure to Operations, Project Controls, SCM and HR/Payroll give him a solid foundation of knowledge that our clients can leverage to insure successful implementation projects. He is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri with a BSBA Accounting Degree.

Mardav Bakshi

Director, Delivery

Mardav has over 30 years of experience in managing Information technology Implementations across global regions leveraging large scale diverse service delivery centers. He is an expert in building predictive delivery models while establishing platform scalability by uniting & investing in People, Process, Technology & Tools. He earned an adept reputation through harnessing the power of Artificial Intelligence & CoPilot, Digital Strategy, Intelligent Automation and Corporate social responsibility to accomplish Organization’s vision and goals in an environment of emerging technology, market volatility, cultural backdrop, and global risks. Proven as highly adaptable, responsible, and effective in managing critical delivery challenges, escalations & recoveries.

David Misakian

Director, Delivery

David brings the technology transformation organizations have envisioned into reality through the combination of onshore and offshore resources with a clear mission, a consistent voice of leadership, and a laser focus toward on-time and on-budget delivery. As a seasoned project manager with expertise in product planning, software development lifecycle management, product launches, and business development activities, he brings a unique vantage point to large-scale program delivery. It’s one skillset to imagine the art of the possible, and it’s another to bring that into being – over his 25+ years of technology expertise, that’s what he is known for.  He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Washington, specializing in technology commercialization and strategic leadership.

Joanne Choate

Principal Industry Consultant

Joanne Choate is a seasoned finance professional specializing in finance, cost, and project/internal controls with over 35 years of experience in both the public and private sectors for ENR’s top 20 general contractors and U.S. Fortune 50 service companies.  Joanne is experienced with multiple ERP systems and implementations from her time in business leadership as well as consulting.  Her background in operations and finance allows her to connect with our clients, building solid working relationships throughout the implementation process.  Joanne is a graduate of Babson College with a BS in Accounting.

Rick Crowley

Director, Solution Engineer

Rick is responsible for architecting enterprise solutions for clients utilizing the full Microsoft Business Application stack as well as the SIS Construct 365 Suite. As an analytical thinker who is driven to make processes more efficient, Rick has solution engineered over 30+ projects for SIS. Also, with over seven years dedicated to the Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry, he intimately understands the technology landscape organizations are confronting. Rick Graduated from Georgia Tech with highest honors and a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a concentration in Supply Chains. The greatest joy in his life are his three young girls and his wife.

Chris Kouloukas

Director, Business Development

Chris is an executive with an extensive career in developing business relationships. He has over 30 years of leadership roles while scaling enterprises that supported B2B products. He deeply understands the customer’s perspective and establishes a mutually beneficial environment that enables customers to achieve their short and long-term goals. His experience allows him to align sales motions with implementation success. Chris’s value to the customer is not his technical prowess but the practical use of technology to help customers transform business operations and prepare for the future.

Abel is a driven professional with comprehensive knowledge in managing, consulting, architecting, and delivering a portfolio of Microsoft Dynamics AX and 365 solutions and services to global customers.

Laurie Jimenez

Principal Delivery Lead

Laurie Jimenez has almost 30 years of experience in the construction industry, having worked in accounting and office administration as a certified accounting consultant. Clients have included developers, general contractors, and homebuilders along with specialty contractors and property management organizations. She specializes in project management, particularly ERP accounting software packages, business process improvement and end user curriculum development. Laurie has been a member and leader for many years at the local, regional, and national levels with the National Association of Women in Construction.

Sylvia Adel

Corporate Controller

Sylvia has been with SIS since 2006 and rose from the ranks to become the Corporate Controller in mid-2018.  She oversees and is highly involved in the day-to-day business financial operations.  In addition, she is engaged in other activities outside the usual accounting tasks like Onboarding of the company’s human resources, insurance, and compliance management, to name a few. Sylvia graduated with honors from the University of the East with a BSBA Major in Accounting in the Philippines.  She also got her professional license as Certified Public Accountant.  She is passionate about her work and wants to help SIS grow and be successful in her own way.

Chris Relihan

Manager, HR

Chris began his career in ERP recruitment, working for one of the largest Microsoft Technology Recruitment firms in the world. During that time, Chris played a integral role, as Vice President, in growing their Key Accounts Delivery Team, focused in servicing the Microsoft Partner Channel community. Having placed over 100+ Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 professionals and servicing over 30+ Microsoft Certified Partners, Chris established a knack for attracting the best and the brightest professionals in our space. Chris graduated as a Student Athlete with a Bachelor of Finance and concentration in Economics from Iona University and was a 4-year participant on their NCAA Division 1 Men’s Soccer Team.
