Advanced Labour Integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and any Payroll Provider
SIS Construct 365 Advanced Labour is a complete solution which can be purchased separately and is designed to manage and calculate payroll information fully utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Payroll/HR functionality with ADP and UKG payroll providers.
SIS Construct 365 AL functionality includes accurate time capture and project postings, elimination of paper time sheets, union liabilities, tax regions, and more, in an automated and easy to manage solution. All of the data is bundled with union costs, payroll taxes, fringes, and insurance to provide accurate cost of labour on all projects.
The SIS Advanced Labour solution also handles jobs while efficiently delivering certified payroll reporting. This solution is integrated with Dynamics 365 Payroll/HR, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Project Management, and Project Accounting. The centralised system streamlines the union payroll data storage, processing, and reporting and can feed ADP or UKG. For example, SIS Construct 365 Advanced Labour functions as the calculation engine passing gross wages to UKG.
The SIS Advanced Labour solution is also independent of Dynamics 365 Payroll which means it can feed Dynamics 365 Payroll, ADP, or UKG payroll service providers.
SIS Provides a Field Operations Time Capture solution that integrates with SIS Advanced Labour. Users can use the SIS Time Capture or other time capture solutions.
